I’m Working on it!

Decided to join Weight Watchers again this year and finally, once and for all, address my food issues. So far, so good. We’ve created a no-fail atmosphere. There’s nothing in the house to tempt me, really, and once the sugar, etc., works its way out of your system, the urges get a lot weaker—as in almost nonexistent. Last weigh-in I’d lost 15.8 pounds, which isn’t as quickly as I’d like, but it’s consistent and in the right direction.

Onward and Downward!
